I'd reckon Tilli would be taking multi-lingual classes if she were wanting to communicate to other nationalities, I guess I might consider the idea if she were wanting anyone to actually learn more languages than English in something educational, but doesn't really have to be solely focused on educational, she could use her multi-lingual to help communicate for her companions on certain adventures which would be helpful, I know some media having characters that are multi-lingual communicating in other languages on demand, not just with other nationalities but also with other species too ~
