Pokemon :I

I saw it once going through the move sets of pokemon... pikachu CAN, infact, learn magnet rise through the move tutor in Platinum or the 2nd gen remakes ... so the idea of a pokemon like pikachu actually USING this move is... well... like this...

Expect to see this idea again :O trying to get sai and I'm only like, 2 dollars short... stupid Paypal account, charging and then taxing so much >.=.<;
