With a nice waft of his lavender breath, you're met by the gentle nightsky within that trails down his throat and further into his esophagus. You feel and hear his slow pulse thumping behind the flesh, lungs rumbling rhythmically as you descend further.

I always thought the idea would be neat, that these beings with starry insides are living star map repositories whether they know it or not. Great for finding lost/unknown worlds and can lead to coordinates to them via nerves or blood veins if enacted with a feature to making them glow.
