In the middle of the private AU comic I'm drawing for fun, I felt a scene where Don is 'fighting' (as best as he can) against a giant dragon-like lava monster from the volcano somehow a lot - and decided to draw a pretty, single-panel page of him, lying there, shortly after he fell down from getting too close to the monster and his wings burned. He's watching in slight fear of the huge lava hand that's approaching him.

I really like stuff like this, it's somehow fascinating and beautifully melodramatic to see a big very strong guy being hurt and pretty helpless in a specific situation.... Or maybe it's just me.
