Hmm...can't say I've seen or heard about this anime, but from what I could tell in the video, it looks like a much older one...I want to say it's from the mid to late 1980's, I think? Plus, the first part of the video showed what seemed to be a gang of fighters. I can't tell whether they are guys from a high school or maybe a martial arts dojo from what I've seen of their clothing though. Still, I can see how you got the idea of putting Pekka's gang in the background and Rio in the very front of the pic in the left corner.

It looks neat, and it's a very pretty and fitting song to listen to while viewing this pic. :) Also, Kalle looks as great as ever with the mischevious grin on his face. XD

I was tried looking for series, to for my work theme. I looked for a Martial Art, School, Comedy, Raised by animals Animes. But without any luck.
It would be more easy, if could know those character's names.. Animator's name... A animation company's name... or know story. =/
