I was inspired by  Yoshi-eats-your-pie 's monthly theme for July, which was gen 3 pokemon, to make some Hoenn pokemon forms for myself. In the same vein as Deinobill and Scraftybill before them, they don't have nearly as much backstory, but they're more just alternate sonas I can use for picture ideas. I do have a little info about each one though.
The linework's a bit messier because I mostly just wanted to design these guys, rather than make them look all fancy. That can come later when I draw em again!

Billrachi: Lil gremlin, but powerful gremlin. Very likely to monkey's paw any wishes he grants. Exclusively uses his 3rd belly eye to see because he likes to weird people out with it.

Tropiusbill: One of the only Bills not to wear diapers, but that's mostly just so he can show off his massive monorump, which he's very proud of. Probably can't fly, but doesn't mind. Kelpsy berries grow from his chin instead of bananas because he wants more friends. (Very much inspired by  Heart 's Tyson, who helped me fall in love with Tropius)

Crabilly: Beach bum who wears Kyogre-patterned diapers. If he's not on the beach, he's getting ice cream.

Billnette: Wants nothing more than to hug and cuddle his friends. Real sweetheart.

Sabilleye: A gremlin, but a little more relaxed. Stores gem snacks in his sack diapers. As you can see, he doesn't really like to share all too often... (Fun fact, I do actually have a gold tooth in real life, though it's a molar, not a front tooth)
