Things you hear on the radio
While unloading a semi trailer today, one of the warehouse employees had on a radio tuned to Madison's Z-104 FM. More like a top 40 station and in an annoying fashion, but hey, it wasn't my radio to switch channels.
While unloading the truck, I hear almost word for word whats recorded here.
I was flabbergasted at what I listened to, and sure enough, the station played Equestria Girls!!
Even more shocking was hearing one of the warehousemen belt out "Applejack is my Bitch!". Yes, he has a unibrow!

I bet Hasbro is in a quandary. Typically when a cartoon appeals to the adult crowd(like Invader Zim) it get's canceled because it's not reaching the age group the advertisers wanted. If Hasbro was smart they will continue with more seasons. What better way to insure toy sales to kids than to get the adults into it as well.
That's not happening here. While adults are certainly a big audience, it's also tapping the young girls audience that Hasbro wants. So it's likely to keep on going for quite a while. It just means that Dad doesn't feel self-conscious when he's at the toy store picking up the latest releases.
