Yep I named the species...Quassir (Quassi plural)

This is my own Quassir. His name is Naarin.

Here is a bit of info on the species.

The Quassir is a dragon-like creature with a slightly more mammalian appearance. Quassi are extremely intelligent creatures and average IQ's equal to or higher than most humans. They are also very social creatures and, like wolves, live in packs. These packs consist of small family groups tied together my mutual alliance.

The Quassir's most obvious feature is the male's bright colors. They use these bright flashy colors and patterns to attract a mate and ward off other males. These markings seem to glow during the breeding season (Which can change depending on the location) While the females can be brightly colored they are generally not as bright as the males. Quassi generally mate for life.

These creatures are about the size of a horse and pray on small mammals as well as some plants, berries, and even some rocks and minerals.
