More from Skunkworks
This was from a series of comics Des drew, taken from the viewpoint of her chameleon character "Desiree", and was mostly a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff with the characters (stuff you wouldn't normally see in the Skunkworks comics).
I had inked several of these comics, so here's one of the pages I got roped into inking. All in all, I think there were 15-20 pages drawn, but the project was put on hold and then scrapped. I might decide to include these in with the other Skunkworks comics, if I ever get around to collecting them all into one big book...
These comics also featured the rarely-seen character of Jim, and takes place back when "Des" and I were in our mid-twenties (as are the characters here).

Sad, since she had a kickass scalesona. I personally can't believe how those people treated you over on e621 regarding those "survival of the fittest" folio pics. I personally had the foresight to not dismiss your lengthy explanations as "BAWW BAWW BAWW," as one user so eloquently put it. Come to think of it, it's no surprise she so readily dropped us.
Her species is called "Asar" which, in their language, roughly translates to "Little one". They act like kids their entire lives, as that is just their nature. Their protectors, however (Khet species), never act like children; they are adults damn near as soon as they're born.

Its funny but when I look at Onika in this pic it reminds me of the time my dog got caught in the act of taking a pork chop off the counter, she looked at me for about ten sec's then wolfed it down before I could chew her out.
btw since I bought the original of this off Des some years ago I don't remember giving you the ok to post this anywere on line.

sometimes i get a feeling everyday with Onika is head fuck one way or another. at least that is what i feels like ta me every time I've seen her shes done something that made me double check what i saw and/or read ta make sure if i understood what just happened. like the incident with the rolling pin.. made me want a cookie lol
