After an undisclosed time her friend is given leave from the farm. this is given them a break from working on barns and fields and the like. The large fields needing dozens of workers and horses regardless of the inventions there are. As such, they are still needed there, just not at the moment. More like they are waiting for the weeds and the like.
In the mean time they are heading to a camp site where they will be staying for a bit... though the gryphoness has plans for her human friend.
