``And that, dear Spunky,'' Spunky's Mom explained, ``is why one should never mock signs that seem to warn of implausible danger''.
Here's the picture I was teasing the other day, in the description of https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61870898/ ... and for once I drew a two-panel comic using an RGB-color-coded page template instead of the CMYK-color-coded template so the colors don't look weird.
There's probably some reason my brain came around to this but I don't know it.
Backstage Secrets: I realized the easiest way to draw a convincing 'Spunky covered in pies' was to do a layer that was just Spunky posing as if hit, and then a layer of pies hitting in front, and then a layer of pies from behind. Also, adding the little eight-segment partial lines makes the pie pans about seven billion times more believable as objects, so that's good to know.
Spunky's Mama is absolutely right about signs warning of implausible danger as anyone who's ever looked at the transformation tag will affirm.

Mama Spunky has very on-point advice when she rouses!
And yeah, this was a good learning experience. I've mostly used layers for shading or for transparency effects, and to keep characters on different layers so I can avoid screwing them up too fast. Encasement is a new line.
