Went today with my mom and little bro a place called "Platano Loco" (Crazy Plantain) to experience and eat some unique dishes there. As the name suggests, almost everything in the menu was made with Plantain.
This is what my mom ordered. "Churrasco" is a sort of "meat loaf" I think.
