10-02-00 this was my first real attempt at using the GIMP...
back when i grew up and kicked the mac habit.

my methods for colorization were totally different than the cheap tricks i use now. i had been more accustomed to fractal painter at the time and struggled to use the GIMP in the same fashion.... that, and i actually toiled over details like someone was going to notice.
