Bet you didn't see this one coming!
Okay so, these pages take way too long. Adding up the tracked time between parts, I spend about 10 hours per page, which is insanneeee for something like this. It’s hard to stay motivated, but I really want to get better at comic stuff so if I keep practicing I’m sure I’ll get faster and faster! The support has been great on this so I’ll keep updating it when I wanna get some practice in. Hope you enjoy!

Take your time, there is no need to rush things, especially when you want to practice!
One general advice I hear is to check for patterns that present you the highest amount of effort and to see if you can improve on them or make some workarounds. Sometimes, you have to give up on some elements or do some small tricks if you want to improve the pace and it depends if you find those elements essential to these comics.
I personally think you do a high quality work here and I see some attention to details that definitely adds to your comics. It's a pleasure to see your work in general and I hope you find fun in this growing project of yours! :3

My brain always seeks to improve, so often I get stuck refining things. The effort pays off (like compare the faces and proportions between this and the first page) but takes longer. I think for my next project I should make ref sheets for my main characters with their faces drawn at a few angles that I can quickly reference as I work.
It's fair that you want to refine things. I think you are doing a great job and your idea of a ref sheet is worth experimenting. Still, don't feel the need to rush, play a bit with your ideas, see what you like and keep it as a tool.
I think comics are an area where it definitely takes some tries before you get the hang of it, at least from an outsider's perspective. Probably it was also the evolution of the art style in the middle, but I rarely saw comic artists having the recipe for their comics from the start.
Anyway, I love your work and wish you the best in this project!
