Here is the framing device/ main character of the change.The project that I had come up with.He is known only as the chronicler and he goes around.The post-pale virus caribbean collecting stories and he has a travelling companion is a tiger shark that he named argonaut. The two of them sail on a schooner known as the skinamarink.
They've traveled from the panama canal up to the mouth of the amazon river and as far as newfoundland. They've braved many oceans and plenty of rogue waves.
The design for the chronicler was inspired by the figurehead of the church of the subgenius, known only as Jr. Bob's Dobbs.
