This is my character Cecil... Doesn't have a gender, but probably would associate with being a female (so I'll be using female pronouns). She's like a weird lizard/dinosaur/whatever thing. She's very emotionless and has an unquestioning mind. Cecil is very obedient, to a fault.

Ce can use her tail to attack shit, and even vibrate the spikes on it to make it sort of like a saw.
