Say hello to my newest character I am still fleshing out. This design I am using for a pet I am applying for on neopets named Talort. She is based off of a hermit crab and a dragon. She has fins protruding from her shell and her fins enable her to sorta fly or glide underwater instead of crawling.

She is able to go onto land for some time as long as the air isn't too dry as she needs moisture. Rainy days are the best time to see her near the beach scavenging for food and little treasures. She has two legs possibly three, I'm not too sure yet, for crawling around.
