Berri is right. It is 40 years since Rare was founded. Over four decades of adventures involving bears, squirrels, toads, astronauts, secret agents, pirates, snakes and living pinatas. From Jetpac to Sea of Thieves and from Ultimate Play the Game to where they are now, Rare has been through thick and thin. And despite some setbacks it encountered, Rare still kept bouncing back. Whether it's on the ZX Spectrum, a Nintendo console or an Xbox, there's almost always a Rare game to enjoy. And this great company will still go strong as long as the golden R is still gleaming.

As for the picture, Berri has thrown a party with Rare's finest, like Banjo and Kazooie, Mumbo Jumbo, Conker, Jetman, the Battletoads, Joanna Dark, Rattle and Roll the snakes, Kameo, Sabre Man, some pinatas of Viva Pinata, Black Orchid of Killer Instinct, Juno and Vela and even Donkey Kong. Hope Conker doesn't get too wasted.
