Tyrval, the city of dolls, home of the Crystal Spire that reaches towards the heavens. The largest city in all of the world it's mostly controlled by the organization known as "The Dollmaker's Guild."
Only about 7-10% of the population is made up of dolls.

Granted, 10% is massive when a lot of the world never goes past 1%

The crystal spire provides protection during The Age of Ash to the city allowing it to survive even during the harder times. Aside from that, its also used to harvest the aether to make synthetic souls for dolls!
