Flygon Party for the Xivy - (COMM/BDAY)

A commission idea requested by 
thatawesomeguy14 for a birthday gift to a noble yet introverted Snivy ~ (March 2).
It would seem the Andrewchu has gathered the lot of his avalable Flygon friends in an attempt to get the Xivy flustered at a party. It appears to be working... just barely. He's definitely holding out.
Ty also appears to be there to keep the lad company.Peak (Flygon form), Ty (Hisuian Typh), and Xivy all belong to our Snivy friend.
Andrew in his newly obtained Flygon form belongs to thatawesomeguy14.
Grace (The blue Flygon) in the background belongs to me.
