Anji (aka Hawkstar2) and I prepared Hot Pot together for the first time. We recorded just about every step of it in hopes of being able to help encourage others to make their very own hot pot. It's a simple dish, that is usually intended for family night...as you can all gather around the table and eat right out of the pan. We had a great amount of fun creating this delicious dish for the first time and hope to try it again sometime. In Hot Pot, you can put just about what ever your heart desires, the only set ingredient needed is the stock, and seaweed for that special flavour distinctive to this dish. We added some of our favourites along with plenty of new things to try and experiment with. You don't know if you like it until you give it a try!

Broth simmer time: Approx. 10 Minutes
Cook time once all ingrediants are added: another 10 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
