Fuck you ford! Why can't you design things with a repair man in mind? So, ford used to put in their e-brake handles with a roll pin. For those who dont know, a roll pin is a ridiculous little metal dowel with lots of groves in its sides designed to be pounded into a hole slightly smaller than its width to hold two pieces of metal together. Now, normally when you see one of these, the hole it's sitting in goes all the way through so you can put a punch through the other side to pound out the pin. NOT FORD! I had to cut the old metal e-brake handle sleave by scoring it with a diamond file and then taking my bolt cutters to it. It worked, but, man, They could have drilled an extra hole and made this way more easy.
