Tarro is a Pokemon from the past that didn't get wiped out like his other hisuian counterparts, preserved in ice. Tarro was awoken and found by Dazed during one of her solo missions and ended up becoming a criminal turned partner. He is a very strong Pokemon and he still goes on missions to let off steam despite the team being retired. He tends to lurk in the halls of Dazed's business, and he gets very possessive during certain times of the day. He will tends to partake in clientele needs if Dazed is also involved... but he may know about these sexual businesses more than he leads on.
