I could imagine the aftermath of all this. Both Near and Kai's parents are present staring at Annabelle angrily as she lowered her head in shame while Sabrina scolded her for not only giving Kaya chocolates and coffee, which makes her super hyper, but also for almost ruining Kai's date with Near and putting them both in danger by chasing them down the river. She told her to apologize to Near's parents and that she'll call Annabella's parents so that they can deliver the appropriate punishment for her. That's what I think could happen.
