A prominent human scientist working to uncover the secrets of teleportation suffers an accident that forces him to become a potential version of himself, which happens to be a foxgirl. Now with hazy memories and lack of knowledge of what made them prominent in their field before she moves to a different city to rebuild her life, study and make friends again in her second chance.

Though pressures from well meaning colleagues, peers, friends and family always haunt her new life like a specter, often causing her to seek solace in more extreme ways, becoming a bit of a thrill seeker and party girl, diverging from the path she once took to become something different, something a bit more lively.

A character from a story I'm writing, about how pressure, expectations and hopes can all shape and define us, and how it also can be cause for rebellion against it, to become something different. Cause sometimes a well meaning push can become a burden, and sometimes a vice can become a relief. Our lives are complicated and doubly so for someone who got a second chance, but not without the baggage of their previous life.
