This really moved me. What you’re feeling matters and I’m admire how brave you shared it. It’s made me reflect a lot on my own experience.

I really relate to those feelings a lot more this year, it’s something I’ve felt deeply and even considered expressing through vent art. But I often hold back from sharing it because I’m scared of getting comments that invalidate what I’m going through. I’m not trying to seek pity, just hoping to be understood, connect with others who feel similarly and learn how they cope, so I can grow from that too.

Your emotions and thoughts don’t define your entire being. What you need is care, understanding, and to be truly seen, both as a person and as an artist.
