This is a rough concept of the NIASB's in-game store, known as "Deposit". Through it, you can exchange "Thumbs Up Points" that you gain from completing battles for items such as new characters or collectibles. This is one of the ways to unlock characters in the game.

The main interface is supposed to be a reference to the Newground Vending Machine, though this is mostly a placeholder.
