Progress love to see it.
Was really struggling drawing the other day but today this was actually really fun especially sketching Meg❤
I don't think I could quite draw this way yet without a reference, still need lots of practice but its not bad! as you know form that Vicki mutual style challenge last year I can draw in kinda any style but I have to heavily reference it, the goal is to have my own natural style for drawing human characters but it will likely be reminiscent of 90's western animation styles with a splash of anime since those are big inspirations.
Switching it from days to pages cause some days I'll do more then one page and the goal is to finish 100 pages.
Hopefully this isn't too boring for people, I swear I'll draw massive honker bonkers again soon I'm just already good at drawing those lol

I wont just say practice cause that's obvious. for this specific sketch book challenge page I've just been following video tutorials like these
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qraGZjY70HI&ab_channel=NinaBlangstrup
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTvi-PzwLWo&t=334s&ab_channel=DisneyKids
and also referencing/recreating from screenshots stills or from concept art on pinterest https://www.pinterest.com/pin/5066618330353121/
A tip I would give to people that I wish was available when I was starting out is to draw still life/gesture drawings from referencing 3d models because you can rotate them 360 degrees.
https://sketchfab.com/search?q=anatomy&type=models nowadays most of use cant afford art classes so being able to view a figure in multiple angles can really help you understand anatomy and visualize in 3d which is good for developing your 3D spatial reasoning skills. tho it is still hard to find a model in multiple poses.
