The notoriously cold planet of Könno, formerly an uninhabitable lump of ice rock a few centuries prior, has been terraformed into the Odraani Pact's center of arms manufacturing through hard work and preserverance. The locals are austere and hardworking, dedicated to deliver only the finest armaments and vessels for the increasing demand of the Pact's peacekeeping missions throughout the galaxy.
No matter how many times Commander Lassai Beckir visits this world in his many tours of duty, he will never get used to the cold. Yet there's a sense of welcoming among the Könnoi inhabitants that always makes him feel welcome, be it the upstanding naval staff and no-nonsense fellow brass or the civilians who try to make the most out of an inhospitable planet for the reptilian kind.
Ahead of vessel inspections in the naval yard with his fleet's men, followed by joint drills with the Könnoi planetary unit, Lassai will have plenty of time to enjoy the sights and keep himself nicely bundled and putting layers over his already thick base uniform in this sub-zero wonderland and bring his men for a nice local warm drink after a long day on duty...
