oh yeah that makes a lot of sense. dang i really forgot about this game after first hearing of it huh.

Whether you’ve the played past games or not, I’d highly recommend it, especially if you ever have the chance to get it for cheaper than its eShop price. Controlling two characters at once gives the combat its own fun flavor and the story easily makes it the best written Bayonetta game (even if, in my eyes, the bar was about was low as the depths of Inferno). Plus, like I mentioned in the post, the picture book presentation is such a lovely vibe and I’m so glad that my favorite character action franchise also has a game that’s so charmingly kid-coded.

Kind of a shame that this game never caught on in babyfur/ABDL spaces since it’d allow the Bayonetta series to have an outlet for the cutesier kind of diaper content in a series where said content has mostly centered around the sexualized and adult-oriented aspects of Bayonetta.

i do like the idea of the themes and story but i just dont think the gameplay is for me. perhaps i'll watch a playthrough
