Decided to redraw my Sona with the Ford GT40, trying to improve my previous mistakes about the size difference between characters and cars, now I've stared a lot to real photos, plus keeping in mind the GT40 size (it's only 105cm (40.5 inches) height

I got to say that on this piece Lilianne does give me a feeling of being a "glitched NPC". Nothing's wrong with her on an anatomical level, but she does lack a proper interaction with the surrounding.
Reason one - her hair doesn't follow the gravity. You've drawn it like she would be standing straight, while she's leaning forward in a pretty steep angle. Second - her hand doesn't feel like it's touching the front of the car. I see the hand placement you were going for, but there's little-to-no visual display of the strain that goes on the fingers while they are being pushed down with the whole weight of the upper body. You should have studied this pose better, try leaning against a table and take visual notes of how your fingers bend. Is it even comfortable? Because I feel that placing Lilianne on flat palms against the surface of the front would be better, the mass goes against the wrist which is a lot easier to show. Plus we're also missing her left hand, which should be visible on the hood from this angle.
