Death of a god…birth of another. You deserved it more. (Continues here)
This is an alt of the image I uploaded yesterday, with different lighting. I feel like having sunsets is cheating because they're just automatically beautiful, but I found it really interesting how it's actually an eclipse. If you look closely, you can just barely see the sun being covered by the moon, which I didn't even thick Brick Rigs allowed to happen.
I assume this is because of the sky mod breaking some things, but was a complete accident :P The moon later disappeared mysteriously after I tabbed out, so I guess Gru got to it.

i love sunsets so much but an eclipse sunset is truly something else! A once in a lifetime opportunity honestly! Shame Gru had to steal the dang moon though. XD
That staff model looks neat by the way! Amazing work as always, especially with how taxing this program seems to be at times. i have seen some of your previous post about trying to figure out head sculpting and i really wish i could help but i have no idea how the software works so my "input" would be useless. :/

they really are just amazing, I feel like they turn any bland moment into a movie scene. :D wouldn't have even posted this version of the pic if I didn't notice the eclipse though, wonder if I can recreate it for something more purposeful or if this was a glitch.
And thanks! the staff was really fun to make, nothing went wrong and I finished it in one sitting! :D Definitely want to make more like it in the future. But don't worry about your input not applying to the ways the game works! Even if it doesn't apply, I find that any kind of advice helps me to look at the issue with a different mindset and therefore think of a solution/improvement :D A lot of the ideas for the shaping of the head came from both 2d and 3d art, I just tried my best to translate ideas.
As challenging as it is, I'm in it for the challenge >:D

Ooh, i like the fire you have with confronting these challenges! That is a VERY good thing to have. And i will keep in mind to give any tips or input if i have any that may help you out. Even though i do not know Brickrigs, i still know a thing or two about film/art stuff so hopefully that can help... hopefully >///<
If you are ever able to re-create that glitch then that would be so cool! But do not stress it, working on models and awesome shots like this is far more important anyways. Thanks for responding to my comments and sorry for the late replies ><

The mindset comes with such a niche building game, I suppose; can't get better if you don't make stuff up sometimes :p I also managed to recreate the glitch on a whim, so I may be able to use it for something cinematic at some point :D
And no need to apologize for being late to reply, considering this reply is now late it would feel hypocritical to say otherwise anyway. xd But I really appreciate your comments, they give me more reasons to ramble about the technical side!
