You didn't mess up, you did absolutely wonderful and I love it.
I was going through old artwork gifted to me, and I remembered this character, my old 'sona, Grihm.
I actually haven't uploaded it yet to my new account.
I wasn't able to appreciate all the fine little details at the time, like each individual scale, how you managed to get the exact body type I had mentally pictured at the time, the right number of wing-fingers, those fin ears, the straight-back horns.
You even got the intricacies of my Draconix's face right, down to what kind of scale goes where, what color it's supposed to be. The fact that this is also traditional artwork is something I didn't realize the awesomeness of until now.
I really was obsessed with red and black at the time, something that really hasn't changed all that much.
I'll be drawing him soon, just have to finish some projects first.
This is also the one art piece I keep coming back to again and again, which actually has the most of my comments. XD
Then I want to make you something as thanks, when I have availability to.
