I haven't posted anything on here in a good minute partially due to Amazon Prime week having me work five 12 hour days in the past couple weeks. Luckily they're settling down enough to where I can try to post more art a bit more frequently. And in this case, I got around to drawing Yi from Nine Sols. Or rather two versions of him:
Yi from the Canon Nine Sols timeline (who also happens to have a short stature).
And the other version of Yi from my Nine Sols/Spider-Man Crossover AU (aka Spider-Sol, which I drew back in September 2024), Yi Pake from Penglai-924 (the Universe which the events of Spider-Sol take place).
I initially sketched this a little while ago in my sketchbook for fun, then got around to reworking it slowly during Prime Week and finally finished it fairly recently. At the time I was drawing this, I wanted to draw the two versions of Yi in a pose similar to the Nick and Judy one from Zootopia, but with Yi Pake resting his arm on top of Canon Yi's head and giving the peace sign (especially since Yi Pake's taller than his canon counterpart which happened due to the effects of his spider bite)!
