[Gloedik] The Foxy Funtime Show
The Foxy Funtime Show (19██-20██)
Premise: The Foxy Funtime Show is a children's cartoon that features the eponymous Foxy- an anthropomorphized red fox- who lives in a forest valley. On the top of a nearby hill a farmer built a homestead which includes a garden and a hen house. Craving eggs, Foxy uses his smarts to concoct various schemes to drive the farmer out of his home or otherwise incapacitate him in order to retrieve the house deed. These schemes are foiled by various means such the farmer's guard dog; unintentional actions by the farmer (he is never shown on camera other than arms or legs and remains oblivious to the existence of Foxy); or, failing that, supernaturally bad luck.
History and reception: The Foxy Funtime Show was created by one Mr. ██████ ████████ in the year 19██. While it never achieved mainstream popularity, it cultivated a small but enthusiastic following. Mr. ██████ ████████ cited his own rural upbringing as the inspiration for the show. Reception from the public was mixed- while the gags were well-done and the animation was high quality for the time, critics deemed it too similar in concept to its contemporaries, many of which were established and famous properties, and that it ultimately failed to carve out an identity for itself. Viewers also commented that the name was misleading, given that Foxy was the antagonist of the show. It produced █ seasons before quietly airing its last episode in 20██ after failing to achieve the ratings necessary for a renewal. Currently reruns are aired on the ██████████ channel during the "Nostalgia Trip" throwback block.
Disappearance: On █████ ██th, 20██ at 10:00pm CST, when season █ episode ██ of The Foxy Funtime Show aired as was previously scheduled, viewers noticed that the character Foxy was missing. The framing and shots of the episode behaved as normal and none of the other characters commented on the absence of Foxy, but his lack of presence can be observed in the difference of objects meant to interact with him. For example, an anvil that is dropped on Foxy's head which would ordinarily flatten him instead crashes into the floor, breaking the floorboards- despite the fact that there are no known animation cels or special cuts of the episode that include such an interaction. In response, the ██████████ channel has cancelled additional reruns of The Foxy Funtime Show for the foreseeable future. Investigations have revealed no clues into the cause of this phenomenon.

We didn't get to see much of Foxy's toon form, so I got this! I know it's a bit more worldbuild-y than the stuff I usually get but I hope you enjoy it all the same, hehe
