Shocked I haven't shared this man just yet, but here's the official look at newish character of mine. Dr. Fuad, a.k.a The Scale. He is part of a set of fighter-based canines that I've decided to dub "The Gore Hounds".
Dr. Fuad himself is noted as a well mannered, kind, and extremely caring man. He's values the health of others well above his as he does what he can to insure saving one's life. Unlike most doctors, however, he typically doesn't work in a major hospital but instead his own personal clinic where people who enter are mysteriously healed. Those outside of his personal circle don't know how he's able to heal people in a single visit. What's even lesser known to those outside is his alter ego in the ring.
The Scale has quite the reputation for his large stature and overwhelming weight, his most common move being to crush his foes. As if his large muscular frame isn't enough, he's known to have variation of lipomancy as he can rapidly gain weight and transfer weight to others. He's been known to sound and speak rather dominating, making it clear he takes pride in his size... a stark contrast to his normal personality.
Scale/Fuad's power, as already mentioned, is a variation of lipomancy as he enforces an over-heal effect. He can absorb energy from various sources, both living and non-living, which results in his own weight gain. He can then transfer that energy to others to heal them. Transferring enough energy can result in an "over-heal" which induces bloating in the target. A fun fact many of his fans point out is that anyone The Scale fights never suffer from any physical injuries... almost as if they were healed during the fight. Dispite all the attention, Fuad does all he can to maintain a hidden identity to avoid awkward situations. It'd be very awkward to operate on a fan who's asking him to sign his organs.
Fuad's healing capability are still fairly limited. He can really only extend to most physical injuries. Illnesses and aging are still beyond his control. On top of that, he needs to be extremely cautious when using his abilities less he suffers from an "imbalance" (uncontrolled swelling which can turn explosive). He always does keep a bit a energy built up in him in the event he needs to swap to The Scale on the fly.
