As someone with horror stories in the job, I'll take the year over the archival work.

Let's just say I nearly lost my life, were it not for my guardian angel yanking me backwards, when the shelves toppled due to an old chart being wedged too tight back before COVID hit, and the charts are still in sets of alphabetized stacks and not a continuous series. In my defense, the system works fine as it is right now and we've had more pressing matters and not a lot of free time when the manager and I can get the archives completely back in order together.

In case you're wondering, I work at a psychiatrist's office where we stand firm in the standard that no one has ever hacked paper. The only thing we have digital is medication records and even that has a paper trail; we print all our faxes and emails to respond to them. We will go paperless when we go businessless.

Well at least you're ok that's the most important thing
