Wait, what is he?
Some sort of cat thing? He ain't no rabbit, that's for sure.
He's a Whatchit. And he can ALWAYS get you to say "Hooma" at least once! Say Hooma three times while he's present and BLAMO, you get turned into a toon! And you'll have the sudden insuppressible urge to shout "HOOOOOOOOOOOOMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

*Walks up to the mic. He withdraws a poetry book* Hooma... Hooma.... Hoo..... Hey look! donuts! *runs off stage. Several disappointed sounding "aww"'s are heard*
But anyway, that's actually a really cute character idea. Reminds me of all those epic cartoons the Disney channel used to show back when it was cool. You did a good job recreating that feeling. I hope we get to see more of this character in the future

Exactly. Really sucks, too. I finally get Toon Disney in my apartment. I excitedly turn to the channel expecting to see some Bonkers or Chip and Dales... and I see "Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force GO"
