Catastrox Igneor the Carnotaurus
From the deepest rifts, where lava never cools, he emerged — a Carnotaurus bearing the fury of a forgotten catastrophe. His skin is cracked and scorched, glowing with molten light, while his horns shimmer like the dying embers of a star. He brings chaos in silence, moving through darkness where only his bioluminescent patterns warn of his presence — and by then, it's already too late.
His steps echo the end. His presence marks a dawn that will never come.
Before he became this beast, he was once normal. Alive. His name was Sarlin, and he lived a normal life. But at his peak, the prime of his life, it was claimed. He walked too close to a dormant volcano, and one wrong footstep was all it took to send him tumbling.
Down and down he fell, unable to do anything to save himself except wait for the inevitable. He eventually would fall into the magma chamber underground, and burn to death.
One year after, on the "anniversary" of his death, he was....resurrected via unknown means. He had a fire, figuratively and literally, where his heart used to beat in his past life, as well as a strong anger and burning hatred. For who or what? Even he doesn't know. But he crawled out from the very volcano that claimed him, giving himself the new name of Catastrox Igneor, Bringer of Flame, and he now wanders aimlessly. Nowhere to go, nobody by his side, and often bringing chaos and destruction wherever he may go.
So this fellow is a pretty new addition to my roster of characters. While I contemplated a Magma-based dino for years now, to not seem like I was copying some of my friends who also had or have magma dinosaurs, I refrained. But when I spotted this fellow.....I knew he was too good to pass up on, plus this fella was simply calling to me.
I've also been in somewhat of a Carno mood on and off as well, so that helped the case as well.
