A meme-inspired piece, featuring none other than Officer David "Judge" Beaumont and The Dude, of Ready or Not and Postal 2 fame respectively - Query makes another appearance as well.
I'm not too sure how the ideas for my artworks are inspired - I just kind of get an image that pops into my head, and I create art as a result - Perhaps there is no greater example then this piece.
There's that one "dude explaining" variety of meme where a man in sports shades and an Astros shirt is excitedly speaking to a woman seated besides him, who appears disinterested at best. I got the vision to place Mr. The Dude, complete with the cop outfit, in the role of Astros guy, and Judge in the place of the woman.
While the lady seemed to be unamused with her male companion, poor Judge seems to be a bit nervous. You can't quite blame him, he probably just came back from some batshit insane SWAT call, and now his new partner's energy is a bit too much at the moment - Not to worry! They'll become good friends sooner rather than later.
