beautiful tail, how do you make it so long and poofy and still make it stay cured up so it doesn't drag the floor? how does it attach to the person, and how much does it weigh?

Alright - I'll be the first to come out and say it - you have a great looking sole in that pic! Flattery for the unintended aside, holy moly that it is POOFY! It looks really well supported though - is it a spring type mount underneath (IE some life-like motion when moving)?
