The text version of a piece I created in late June, featuring Aeris Arracourt, who was actually the first of my OCs.

I had only drawn her twice before this, and both times were pretty rough - The first piece was in July last year; a simple three-quarter angle shot. but her torso length was kind of out-of-proportion and her face appeared much too flat. The second piece was a side profile of her head which I drew in December - It was meant as a study in shading and anthro goat heads, but it ultimately failed as a study since I struggled to get any feedback to help me improve.

Thusly, I did not draw her until last month, when, after completing the Talbot Encounter series, I decided to give her a proper art piece I could be proud of, resulting in the "Action" art - funnily enough, I ended up editing the art a day later, as her knees and calves were much too low. This final version has them at a much more realistic height.

Aeris' lore is currently bouncing around in my head like so many pinballs. I'm looking to ensure the next pieces I create for her go into detail about it.
