unless they meant cold as in awesome/cooler than others - for the purpose of the pun because she would be cold from stepping into the cold water

well if the brown one replied with something sarcastic, it would perhaps make more sense. Because that sarcastic reply could then be implied as "emotionally cold" or "cold reply" too XD

I just tried to convey the dark character's thoughts about water in the title, but to do it in such a way that I didn't have to write his phrase in full as in the picture, but in abbreviated form, like this 😅
