Hoo boy, this has been a long time coming.

So remember my story "Dinner with a diapercritter"? Well even since before that story I've wanted to make the two characters in it mainstays (if you've been with me for a long time, I made journals detailing them a long long time ago).

So this is Lance the bat, a college student who lives in the big city with his roommate Pelenka (the diapercritter). Lance had been a fairly closeted DL until meeting Pelenka online, eventually gaining his trust and getting Pelenka to rveal he wasn't flesh and blood, but padding and stuffing. Pelenka told Lance his woes about trying to live a normal life despite being a diapercritter, and Lance agreed to help him out.
So now they live together as roommates-with-benefits, essentially. Lance flies off to college and comes back in the evening, while Pelenka keeps the apartment clean and does the cooking.
Over time, Pelenka has helped Lance become more comfortable expressing his DL interests, to the point Lance now wears diapers 24/7 and occasionally goes to abdl meetups.

Lance is sort of meant as the "straightman" to Pelenka's "funny man" except replace the comedy with kinks. He's still discovering and exploring his interests.

He likely is an Engineering or ComSci major, I haven't decided yet.

Personality: A bit shy, not usually the first one to start a conversation and has a tendancy to stay in his lane unless encouraged. Kind of a workaholic, but when he unwinds, he relishes the opportunity. His interests include biology, food (mostly eating it) and music (likely knows how to play an instrument, not sure which one yet).

Voice: Just a slight bit nasal, average pitch. Imagine the kind of voice an everyman-type anime protagonist would have, and that's Lance (maybe a little less feminine)

Favorite Dinner: Chicken alfredo with garlic bread

Fetishy part: (Diaperfur) Discovered he was into diapers when he was a teenager, and slowly broke into online circles that talked about them. Only got to wear them in real life a few times before meeting Pelenka. Thanks to Pelenka, Lance indulges his DL side a lot more, wearing diapers 24/7 and sometimes indulging himself with Pelenka (if you want an example of what that looks like, Dinner with a Diapercritter is a particularly steamy one).
Overall pretty open about what kinks he'll try, as long as they're diaper-adjacent. Not as big of an AB but does enjoy wearing babyish clothes at home.

Notes: He lives in the same world as Billy, Mervin, and Heidi, in a big urban city. Additionally, I decided that bats in the world of "normal" anthroes can have their wings either attached to their arms or separate, like Lance has. It's sort of an attached/unattached earlobe situation.
