This is Pan, short for Pandemonium, the son of Death and Chaos, aka Cit and Fuma, and the twin brother of Ann, short for Annihilation.

This is based off the odd rp session with Cit and myself, by some crazy stroke of luck, Cit and Fuma; http://www.furaffinity.net/view/615661/, have twin kits, Pan and Ann. I designed Pan while Cit will be working on Ann.

This was fun to do, working out the colors as interesting since Pan and Ann have a unique bond between them, and being the children of Death and Chaos, the designs were pretty interesting.
Pan does have hair, more like a mane that runs down his back, showing off Cit's side, while still being a bangaa.
