Here's a lil doodle of one of my Pokemon OCs. He's from my current White playthrough, and he's boyfriends with my Emboar named Porky. Caesar is the man in charge and he's glad to let you know it! He's secretly timid however he can be very arrogant and confident. As the leader of the team he believes his word is law. He tends to be somewhat vain and enjoys showing off for Porky.
