As established in a number of previous drawings, the crew of the Stellar Typhoon all have their various interests outside of work, and for sensor officer Vikki Scase, one of those interests is stage magic. I've mentioned this a couple of times in the past, and last Halloween I played further into this by having Vikki dress up as Richard Cadell - current right-hand man to Sooty, and a noted magician in his own right.
It just so happens that tomorrow is Sooty's canonical birthday - which is really the date when he was first discovered in a novelty shop on Blackpool's North Pier back in 1948. So here's a bit of a quickie by way of celebration - in which Vikki not only dons her Slater's Bluecoat costume again, but seems to have procured a spare costume for crewmate Jocelyn Trueman.
