I really love the expression; it seems very much like a playful and knowing reveal, as if the viewer maybe commented something nice about her feet, and she said "You mean these~?" Quite the epic sole-show. I especially like the left foot, and how that sole shows the weight and interaction of the right foot, adding to it's already gorgeous lines.
