The engine purrs contently as they cruise down the (a desolate) desert road. The (setting sun) behind them bathes the desert in a warm golden glow,(shimmering) from every grain of sand. The gently rolling dunes around them leap and play like waves in the wind as they pass by. There's a magical spark in the hot air this evening, the kind of spark that coaxes out the fragile self, the open heart. Their eyes are alight as they glance at each other, sharing a brief smile before returning their attention to the long, straight road. The owl bobblehead on the dashboard slowly nods the rhythm of the road as the horizon draws closer. In the distance, a huge cloud slowly devours a mountain range, tearing itself to shreds on the jagged peaks. (Thunder howls from the monstrous clouds. The sun sets as a cool breeze blows through their hair, a sense of adventure over comes the couple. They continue their journey to nowhere, knowing where ever they end up they'll always have each other.)

Didn't even realize I typed "sun setting" rather than "setting sun" derp. Anyways, I'll see if I can't work some of those changes into what I plan on it being once I finish it.

Its still your story, you don't need to integrate my changes, they are just ideas and a different prospective on it.
