A justified concern, Wolf bodies quite literally consume any organic matter that enters them. A Wolf is made of pure Wolf tissue. No internal bacteria, parasites, no germs of any kind.
Also why female Wolves are infertile by default, an ordinary fetus stands no chance of surviving inside a Wolf's body. Their incredible healing is their own worst enemy when it comes to reproduction.
